“your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms,

2. NATURE OF SERVICES
2.1 Document Preparation Service
EPassport.US is a private document preparation service that assists with passport application
processes. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government agency,
including the U.S. Department of State.
2.2 Agency Relationship
By using our Service, you expressly authorize EPassport.US to act as your limited agent for
the following purposes:
• Preparing and completing passport application forms using information you provide
• Submitting applications on your behalf through government portals
• Processing government fees using your provided payment method
• Booking passport appointments at government facilities
• Collecting and organizing required documents
• Taking and formatting passport photos to meet government specifications
3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
3.1 Accuracy of Information
You warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, current, and complete. You
acknowledge that providing false information on passport applications is a federal offense
punishable by law.
3.2 Document Review
You are solely responsible for reviewing all prepared documents before submission. By
authorizing submission, you confirm all information is correct.
3.3 Eligibility
You represent that you are eligible for the passport services requested and meet all
government requirements.
4. PAYMENT AND FEES
4.1 Service Fees
Our fees are separate from and in addition to government fees. Total charges include:
• Our service fee for document preparation and assistance
• Government passport fees (passed through at cost)
• Any applicable expedited processing fees
4.2 Payment Authorization
You authorize us to:
• Charge our service fees to your provided payment method
• Process government fees on your behalf using your payment information
• Retain payment information solely for completing your passport application process
4.3 Refund Policy
Service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Government fees may be
subject to government refund policies.
5. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS
5.1 No Guarantee of Approval
We do not guarantee passport approval or processing times. Approval is solely at the
discretion of the U.S. Department of State.
5.2 No Legal Advice
We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice. For legal questions regarding passport
eligibility or applications, consult an attorney.
5.3 Processing Times
We do not control government processing times. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our
control.
5.4 Third-Party Services
Appointment availability and photo services are subject to third-party limitations and
government facility schedules.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
6.1 Maximum Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the service fee paid
by you, excluding government fees.
6.2 Excluded Damages
We are not liable for:
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Lost profits or revenues
• Loss of data or documents
• Travel costs or missed travel opportunities
• Delays in passport processing
• Government rejection of applications
• Errors resulting from inaccurate information you provide
6.3 Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control,
including government shutdowns, natural disasters, or system failures.
7. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EPassport.US, its affiliates, officers,
directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses
(including attorney fees) arising from:
• Your use of our Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights
• Any inaccurate or false information you provide
8. DATA PROTECTION
8.1 Information Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no system
is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8.2 Government Submission
Information submitted to government agencies is subject to government privacy policies and
regulations.
8.3 Data Retention
We retain your information only as necessary to complete services and comply with legal
obligations.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, features, and functionality of our Service are owned by EPassport.US and
protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
10.1 Arbitration Agreement
Any dispute arising from these Terms or our Service shall be resolved through binding
arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
10.2 Class Action Waiver
You waive any right to bring claims as a class representative or participate in class actions.
10.3 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict of law
principles.
11. COMMUNICATIONS
By using our Service, you consent to receive electronic communications regarding your
application status and our services.
12. MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes
constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
13. SEVERABILITY
If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions shall continue in full
force and effect.
14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and EPassport.US regarding our
Service.
